In November 2022, INLINE returned to the Colorado Springs market in Colorado to construct KeyBank Northgate.

This project was a brand new site development in Colorado Springs that included a 2,840 square foot bank branch with three drive-thru lanes, site development, and landscaping, and all new electrical, natural gas, water, stormwater, sewer, and telecommunications utilities to the property.

Sub-zero winter temperatures in Colorado posed a risk to the concrete foundations and slab pour schedule, but it was a challenge that INLINE met head-on. Utilizing ground-heating equipment, concrete heat blankets, and a collaborative schedule approach, INLINE and its trade partners overcame the elements. They completed these critical path elements on time and budget.

KeyBank Northgate was completed on time in May 2023 and welcomed its first customers on June 26th, 2023.
