The KeyBank in SE Gresham was a 4,315 SF new ground-up banking facility. The scope included complete exterior parking, landscaping, CMU structure with brick veneer siding, two-lane drive-thru, all interior finishes, vault, teller line, and cash safe. The project was constructed in five and a half months, on time and within budget.
