Safety is our First Priority
Our belief is that a job well done is one that gets our workers home safe every night. On every project, big and small, we create a Project Safety Plan that is specific to that project’s risks and challenges. Once the team agrees we’ve identified the key safety risks in the plan, we put that plan into place and then adhere to rigorous safety protocols from start to finish.
Collaborative Project Scheduling
A project schedule is always evolving. Our approach to mitigating schedule risks is to first create a baseline project schedule that reflects reality; we engage the owner, designer, and trade partners early to get team buy in. Then, as construction progresses, we stay nimble, look for efficiencies where we can gain time, and continue to keep a realistic schedule that everyone can stay committed to all the way to close out.
Quality is Key
A project built fast but poorly is a waste of everyone’s time and money. We believe in building it once, the right way. Starting with our Enhanced Constructability review process, we quickly identify challenging scopes and project elements. Then we work with the design team and trade partners to determine what mock-ups need to be built, so the team can work through those issues before construction begins. This process is the foundation of a rigorous QA/QC plan on every project to ensure things are built to the highest possible standards and in accordance with the construction documents.
Enhanced Constructability Review
We won’t just tell you “It can’t be built.” We leverage our experience to collaborate with the design team to find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to your project. Using the latest BIM and VDC tools, we maximize the constructability of your project before any work begins. By identifying design and constructability issues in the digital realm, before they become field problems, we avoid re-work and get the best value from your construction budget.
Project-First Budgeting
Not all projects have the same priorities and goals, especially when it comes to how to spend the budget. We sit down early with you and the design team to prioritize the key goals of the project and understand your specific budget priorities. We then leverage our trusted trade partners to get early costing information, so that when we bid your project, we enter the market with cost certainty.
Self-Perform Capabilities
INLINE’s in-house resources enable us to self-perform numerous trades. Performing key scopes with our own forces improves project control and reduces risk.
Sustainability
INLINE’s commitment to lean and sustainable construction practices is reflected in everything we do, from the office to the job site. By carefully managing the coordination of trades and maximizing off-site fabrication, we reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve safety.
