In March 2023, INLINE returned to the Salt Lake City market in Utah to construct KeyBank West Valley.

This project was a site development in an existing shopping center that included a 3,436 square-foot bank branch with three drive-thru lanes, site development, landscaping, and all new electrical, natural gas, water, stormwater, sewer, and telecommunications utilities to the property.

Due to the existing utilities for the shopping center, an underground high-voltage electrical service for a neighboring restaurant needed to be rerouted around the building site before KeyBank's foundation construction could begin. INLINE worked closely with both the electrical utility and the restaurant to ensure that the construction and changeover of the new electrical service did not interrupt their operations.

KeyBank West Valley was completed on time in September 2023 and welcomed its first customers on September 25th, 2023.
