Located at the Providence St. Vincent Hospital, this project required working double shifts and off hours to accommodate the occupied spaces above and below the suite. The 19,950 SF tenant improvement included 27 exam rooms, a lab phlebotomy area, a large infusion area and pharmacy with two mixing hoods. Even with State Certification, this project was completed in 16 weeks.
