The Providence Glisan MOB was a new 21,000 SF design-build medical office building built with architectural features that blend with the period style of the surrounding residential neighborhood. Fully built-out interiors included exam rooms, lab/blood draw, procedure rooms, doctor’s offices, and nurses stations. Coordination with local jurisdictions included City of Portland Planning Department, Portland Department of Transportation, Water Bureau and State Health Division. Construction also included two parking lots, landscaping, site work and all interior and exterior finishes. Exterior scope included 60,000 SF of new parking lot and landscaping, new trees, plants, dry wells, and bioswale. Street improvements required coordination with the City of Portland Department of Transportation.
