The Clarendon School is a 30,000 SF building that had an accelerated project duration of 9 weeks. Built in 1970, the Clarendon School, within the Portland Public School district, had been vacant since 2007. Work at Clarendon School included interior improvements, repair of exterior walls and ceilings, installation of new demising partition walls with new doors, upgrades to classrooms including modifications of existing cabinetry, repairs and resurfacing of existing concrete and terrazzo flooring, construction of ADA restrooms, renovation of existing restrooms, demolition, and installation and relocation of mechanical, plumbing and electrical fixtures.
