The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Oncology Clinic Remodel was a 7,600 remodel of the existing space to consolidate the clinic into one area. The clinic is on the top floor of the building to allow more light and a more relaxing atmosphere. This project was a CM/GC project with a GMP. In addition, it was a large remodel in an occupied space. Our team had to take great care and coordinate with the OHSU staff to ensure there were no construction interruptions to neighboring offices, clinics, and exam rooms throughout the length of the project.
