INLINE completed this 3,900 SF KeyBank branch in Springfield, Oregon. The interior was a complete build-out with a vault, teller line, four offices, conference room, and break room with restrooms. The exterior has a three line drive-thru and the canopy is a self-supported steel drive-thru structure. The site has a large parking lot with landscape, walkways, and decorative light poles. The new building achieved LEED Silver certification and was the first of its style for KeyBank. The Springfield branch was developed on green field which involved extensive site work. The Springfield branch was a steel framed building fully clad with EIFs, incorporated commercial storefront and curtain wall glazing systems has a standalone drive-thru canopy, rooftop AHUs, and membrane roofing.
