This ground-up Providence St. Vincent Medical Office Building was a successful joint venture with Anderson Construction.  The new 10 story, 250,000 SF facility features the St. Vincent Integrated Cancer Center as its major tenant. The interior includes five new elevators, an ornate main lobby and large conference rooms on the first level, while the exterior features precast concrete and glazed skin which covers the structural steel frame.  A new pedestrian tunnel connects the facility to the adjacent North Parking Structure.
