West Sylvan is embarked on a phased 67,400 SF SBS Roofing endeavor, kicked off in the summer of 2023 with Phase One and wrapping up in August 2024 with Phase Two. The project entails a comprehensive scope, encompassing the replacement of all existing roof mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, it involves the removal of an existing brick chimney and the installation of a new roof-mounted fall protection system. Interior enhancements will fortify the current structure and involve the demolition and replacement of ACT ceilings impacted by the re-roofing activities. Site-related tasks include the removal of nuisance trees and the restoration of damaged sidewalks within the school premises.
