The Portland Development Commission lead the organization behind the MLK Gateway and Heritage Markers dedicated in Northeast Portland. The project involved sixteen interpretive heritage markers which tell the story of the Albina area in a park-like setting. INLINE achieved 78% MWESB subcontractor participation on this project by breaking up work packages into smaller scopes to create opportunities for MWESB subcontractors and mentoring relationships.
