The OHSU Bancroft project was a remodel of a 19,600 SF newly leased tenant space, providing new office space for various OHSU groups relocating from the ADP Building. The scope also included all new finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems.
