PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Magnum Opus Salon & Headquarters tenant improvement project was a design-build renovation which converted an old warehouse space into a new, 7,500 SF, 47 seat hair styling salon and office space. The original concrete and CMU structure were seismically upgraded and restored with a new polished slab, storefront, and roof.
