INLINE completed the Legacy Mt. Hood Medical Center First Floor CT Scan Remodel / Equipment Replacement project with PKA Architects. The project area consisted of 1,700 SF with an expedited schedule. The tenant improvement involved a remodel of the existing CT room, control room, equipment room, and associated spaces along with a complete tear-out and build-back of the existing HVAC and electrical systems. It also included a new staff lounge.

This was a very sensitive remodel as the area was surrounded by multiple departments that were affected by any sound and vibrations, such as an Operating Room and MRI lab. Close coordination with the other departments was necessary to ensure our work minimally impacted those around the work site. This primarily involved switching and alternating shifts and extensively communicating with our neighbors. Legacy has entrusted INLINE with multiple projects and we look forward to continuing our lasting relationship.
